Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SuggestionCo. If you need to return an item, please ensure the following:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Initiating Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow:
- 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive your returned item.
- For items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
Special Cases

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
